Favourite vegetable: broccoli. Why? It's a powerhouse of nutrients and what we in the nutrition world call "nature's broomstick" for toxins. Favourite protein: salmon, because it's the most micro-nutrient dense meat.
Pair these two superfoods together and you get a power combination for anyone looking to lose weight, build muscle, or for just an overall healthy meal. I've tried many different ways of preparing these, but non as tasty as this recipe made by guest star, Claire Grigioni, co-founder of Artha Collections.

|salt, pepper, & garlic powder to taste|
|Chop broccoli into small pieces and place in an oven-safe baking dish.|
|Spread olive oil evenly onto broccoli.|
|Optional: Sprinkle rosemary, thyme, or oregano onto broccoli.|

|Place a large sheet of aluminium paper in an oven-safe baking dish, with enough to fold-over.|
|Place salmon filets in dish on top of the aluminium paper.|
|Thinly slice lemon and ginger and place on top of salmon.|
|Garnish with thyme and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.|
|Fold over aluminium paper and seal up edges.|
